After starting his career as a representative with Xerox Canada, Mr. Lachance became a real estate broker in 1986, a new field that perfectly suited his interests in sales, finance, marketing, construction and land use planning.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in many major transactions, including several corporate relocations, such as the relocation of Xerox Canada’s regional office to Place Alexis-Nihon (60,000 ft2), the engineering firm RSW (three times, for 45,000 ft2) and the regional office of McKesson Canada (60,000 ft2) as well as that of the pharmaceutical company Rhône-Poulenc (60,000 ft2).
Mr. Lachance joined the Synercom team in July 2023.
